The expediting process comprehends all necessary actions to ensure that the product be supplied, assembled or started up on time, in accordance with the technical specifications and within the quality standards required by the client.

The infrastructure is evaluated during the first visit to the manufacturers’ or assemblers’ facilities or sites, checking the feasibility to carry out the contracted operations, including testing, and all other quality control steps deemed necessary.

Afterwards, periodic inspections are performed to verify the manufacture or assembly status and to ensure compliance with codes, standards, contracts, payment events and specifications.

The reports issued after each inspection, provide detailed information about the production or assembling situation and indicate the eventual critical points, recommending the necessary corrective actions.

Expediting is a very important managing tool that allows the client to follow the process in detail and to make technical and time strategy decisions, thus avoiding eventual manufacturing and start up delays.
